I'm Maddison Georgiades, a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for both human and veterinary care. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2020 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and have since gained experience in diverse clinical settings, including geriatrics, acute in-patient care, and rehabilitation. In 2023, I completed my Master’s in Veterinary Physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool, where I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside leading professionals across Europe. Beyond my studies, I am an FEI dressage rider, an Equestrian Australia registered coach, a Master Saddle Fitting Consultant, and a Para Equestrian Classifier. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my animals, including my horses and my dog

A Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapist is a specialized professional who focuses on the rehabilitation and physical well-being of animals through targeted therapeutic techniques. Their role in the veterinary industry involves assessing and treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, aiding in recovery from injury or surgery, and improving overall mobility and performance in animals. They work closely with veterinarians to create tailored treatment plans, utilizing methods such as manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and electrotherapy. By enhancing an animal's quality of life and performance, Chartered Veterinary Physiotherapists play a vital role in the healthcare team, ensuring comprehensive care for pets and performance animals alike.
At our veterinary physiotherapy clinic, we specialize in enhancing the health and performance of your equine companions. Our consultations begin with a thorough assessment, where we evaluate your horse’s movement, posture, and overall condition. Based on this evaluation, we develop a tailored treatment plan that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities. Our goal is to promote recovery, improve mobility, and support your horse’s well-being, ensuring they remain at their best for all their activities
As a Master Saddle Fitting Consultant, I offer comprehensive saddle fitting assessments to ensure optimal comfort and performance for both horse and rider. The process begins with an in-depth evaluation of your horse’s conformation and movement patterns. We then conduct a ridden assessment to observe how the saddle interacts with your horse in motion. This allows us to identify any specific issues and make necessary adjustments or recommendations for new saddles tailored to your horse's unique needs. Proper saddle fitting not only enhances your horse's performance but also promotes their overall well-being, making every ride a positive experience.
As an Equestrian Australia registered coach with a background as an FEI dressage rider, I bring a wealth of experience from training abroad under international coaches. My coaching sessions focus on developing both horse and rider through tailored lesson plans that emphasize technique, communication, and confidence. Whether you're aiming for competitive success or simply looking to improve your skills, I provide expert guidance to help you achieve your goals while fostering a positive and enjoyable learning environment. Together, we’ll unlock your full potential in the saddle!
We specialize in providing tailored rehabilitation programs for equine clients, working closely with your veterinarian to ensure a comprehensive approach to recovery. For more intensive care, we offer the potential for inpatient rehabilitation at our Gidgegannup clinic, where your horse will receive dedicated attention and support throughout their recovery journey. Together, we’ll help your equine companion return to their best form!
Veterinary physiotherapy plays a vital role in the management of canine patients, aiding in recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. A typical treatment session begins with a thorough assessment to evaluate your dog’s mobility and pain levels. Treatment may include techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities. Our goal is to enhance your dog's mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life, ensuring they return to their active, happy selves as quickly as possible.
